Traditionally used to help relieve menopausal symptoms. Black Cohosh is a traditional herb for women with mild estrogen-like activity. It is especially helpful during menstruation and menopause. Cohosh is a Native American word meaning "rough", which is descriptive of the herb's rugged black root.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:
Black Cohosh root (Cimicifuga racemosa) 540 mg

Non Medicinal Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate

Directions: Adults: Take 1 or 2 capsules once or twice daily. May be used up to 6 months.

Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as weakness, unusual fatigue, yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine and / or abdominal pain.
