Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) Seed 225 mg

Common Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) Leaf 225 mg

Non Medicinal ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Directions: Adults, take 2 capsules, 2-3 times per day. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
